Hi there - having a hard to nail down issue. I created an attended bot for users to use and run through a citrix desktop, which works totally fine on my PC, but when they run it, it simply does nothing and doesn’t start at all. It just says ‘no errors detected’ at the bottom of the screen where the error logging is. I would think this could be a versioning issue, but i am able to log in to the same remote desktop environment and run the bot just fine. Has anyone else run into this and have any advice? Thanks!
Are the dependencies aligned on both the citrix and the other machine you are running on…
To check atleast if it starts as a first activity try including a log message and see if that is coming atleast
Try checking event viewer if it has any details
And as it is attended you might find logs in connected orchestrator also

Hey Anil - to be clear we are running this on StudioX on the same citrix machine, just logging in to the citrix machine with different laptops. Could you add more detail on how I can know if the dependencies are aligned? I’m not sur ehow I would check that.
It does not start the first activity, as I have that as a popup to enter a date manually. The pop up does not appear.
Ow this is wierd …so on citrix you have UiPath assistant and from laptop A if you open citrix its working and from laptopb same citrix is not working?
Is the user diffwrent?

I’m running UiPath StudioX on both laptops. One with a developer license and one with an automation express license, but I’ve had this work totally fine on other computers before.
I can run it on citrix from my laptop, the other laptop will not let it run.
