Citrix Remote Desktop/VM machines/Virtual Desktop in CItrix issue with UIPath

I am unable to run a UIPath Robot on Citrix Remote Desktop machine. First time i was able to record a scenario it can detect the controls but whenever after i recorded i tried to execute the Robot, it is failing. it is not able to detect Text box/Buttons/Links. Robot failing for all the actions other than Launching a IE browser.

Same things are working without a my issues with my local Laptop. we procured licences but we are unable to setup the environment. it creates lot of trouble.

UIPath Studio version : 2018.3.3
OS version : Windows 7

Kindly help us to resolve the issue asap.
