Facing issue when the remote desktop/VM is not connected

Hello everyone,

Trying to run a bot in VM. When VM is open, bot is running fine but when closing the VM or minimizing it, its giving the following error:

Throw: Screen: ‘Search Purchaser’ Exception Reason: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040226): Timeout reached. at UiPath.UiNodeClass.BringIntoView() at UiPath.Core.UiElement.BringToForeground() $$ Timeout reached.

Did we install Remote runtime installer

Firstly where the VM hosted on?

Also, check out the resolution of the VM once. It might be a possibility when it is opened by you or auto adjust the resolution and works fine.

The Remote runtime might be an issue too as suggested by @Palaniyappan

It might be the issue with remote runtime or with Bot license . If it is not unattended also

Which bot license is associated with the VM?

If it is attended then it should always be open and should not minimize
