UiExplorer_Save Button_Tweaked data_Disappearing?

Hi there!
I recently started using UiPath and have run into an issue which is that when I use the Click activity and indicate the element that I am trying to interact with, it works some times and some times it does not.
So I tried to edit around in the UI Explorer wherein I indicate the Element & Anchor, then the Selector Editor populates the Nodes and then I click on save after successful validation.

If I close the Ui Explorer and visit the Ui Explorer for the same activity again at a later point, the Selector editor shows blank and Validate is crossed out in red. Why is it not saving is the question?

I assume that the Ui Explorer should save the data that I tweaked but it does not. The Validate button too is crossed out in red. Must be something that I am doing wrong.
