UiARD Credentials via Accredible

I have passed the UiARD and I got my certificate on CertMetrix but I didn’t receive it via accredible,
the second thing, your learning support form is not working!!!
your link got a problem or the form has something wrong for the last week so I am not able to raise a ticket,
Please solve this ASAP and send me my cerdentials.

There must have been an update on the way the Support Ticket is being administered, they have introduced a chatbot, were you not able to get it loaded ?
