Need Help With Accredible Credentials

Hi Everyone,

I completed the “UiPath Automation Developer Associate v1.0” certification exam on December 8th 2023, however as at January 2024 I have yet to receive an email with instructions on how to access my digital credentials on Accredible.

I have reached out to “uipath.support@uipath.com” and “credentials@uipath.com” multiple times, but they have been of little help.

I am about to miss out on a great opportunity because of this delay. So if anyone could help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Due to the change in certification and change in credly…there are some delays that we are seeing and the right place for this would be exam support customer care…I agree with you that it is delayed but it is same for all.Even I gave my exam in November and still waiting

Based on other posts I’ve read, people have done their certification exams after us and have already gotten access to their digital certification. So it doesn’t appear to be the same for all.

In highlight the issue I’m hoping we can discover the root cause or solution together.

Just brainstorming, probably we’re having this issue because something about our email address is throwing an error in their backend system.

In my case I used a yahoo email address that contains a underscore (special character).

I have used gmail and no special character…only letters

I know people who gave exam and did not get the certificate yet

I received an email from someone on the UiPath team this morning. It was in response to an email I sent to “credentials@uipath.com” about a week ago.

The person has given me a fixed date by when the issue should be resolved.

I will update here if there are any changes.

So it is officially more than a month now and this issue has still NOT been resolved.

This is the longest I have ever waited for the issuing of “digital” certificate. It is disappointing that this has happened at UiPath, a company that specializes in automation. I don’t think it is a stretch to say that I would have gotten it already if they had manually mailed a physical paper certificate to me.

In all seriousness, this is now putting a damper on my new years plans. If anyone has any suggestions out there please share. I am open to every and all suggestions.

I can now access my credentials. I received the email today January 10th 2024.

The only advice I can give to anyone facing a similar issue is to consistently follow up with UiPath at both “UiPath.support@UiPath.com” and “credentials@UiPath.com” until a solution is found.
