Unable to download UIARD Certificate/Badge

I’m not able to download my UIARD certificate/badge using this link (UiPath - First-Time Login - CertMetrics)

I have tried with the both By email address & By score report but unable to login. I have only one personal email ID.

I think more than one user is using same email if as users
Better reach out to UiPath team via mail
check with this UiPath chatbot
