Accredible Credentials Not Received (Almost a Month)

Hi Everyone,

I completed the “UiPath Automation Developer Associate v1.0” certification exam on December 8th 2023, however as at January 2, 2024 I have yet to receive an email with instructions on how to access my digital credentials on Accredible.

I have reached out to “UiPath.support@UiPath.com” and “credentials@UiPath.com” multiple times, but they have been of little help.

I am about to miss out on a great opportunity because of this delay. So if anyone could help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

a year ago I waited around a week to get credentials.
So, it’s weird. Haven’t received any response from UiPath?

For like 2 weeks now they have been telling me that they are “working on it” and that I should look out for a email from “credentials@UiPath.com”. As of now, they have produced no results and I have received no email with instructions on how to collect my digital credentials on Accredible.

So it is officially more than a month now and this issue has still NOT been resolved.

This is the longest I have ever waited for the issuing of “digital” certificate, and it is now putting a damper on my new years plans. If anyone has any suggestions out there please share. I am open to every and all suggestions.

I now have access to my credentials. I received the email today January 10th 2024.

The only advice I can give to anyone facing a similar issue is to consistently follow up with UiPath at both “UiPath.support@UiPath.com” and “credentials@UiPath.com” until a solution is found.
