UI path studio fail to connect to folder in orchestrator

Hi there,
My UI path studio suddenly cannot connect to a folder that I am working on in the orchestrator.
Tried sign in/out different URL in UI assistant; also tried sign in / out in UI path studio. The folder connects is always the Default one. This happened after I updated to the new version 10.2 and 10.3. Would appreciate if I can get some help. Many thanks!

Hey @yiqing.zhu

Once it connects to default, did you try changing the folder ? Does it show in the list of studio drop-down ?

Also, your studio user should have access to that folder.

If your studio is connected to orchestrator, you should able to view all the folders in the studio(at the button). From there tou can select your folder.

Thanks for the reply. Somehow the UI studio is connected to the Default tenant, but cannot find the folder under it, as shown in the picture.

The weird thing is that there is no studio drop-down, there is only a Default option.

So basically it is clear that your studio user is not having access to the other folders except default.

Go to the appropriate folder in the Orchestrator → Users → Assign your studio user

Post which you would get the folder in the Studio dropdown.

Hi @Nithinkrishna thank you so much for the reply, I think you may point to the right direction. Here is my setting for the folder and still leads no connection to the desired folder. Anything

The username you use is same as what you connected to Studio I believe

If yes please refresh studio resource or close and open.
