I know its possible to trigger an unattended UiPath Process from ServiceNow but is it possible to do this for attended processes? Here is the situation:
Users have service now tasks that they assign to themselves
The service now task is tied to a task in our legacy system
Once the user assigns the service now task to themselves, we need to trigger an attended bot that will assign the corresponding task in our legacy system to the same user as well
It is a very simple UiPath process that assigns the legacy system task
If we could trigger the attended process for the user automatically, it would be seamless for them
The other alternative is for them to run the process manually from the UiPath Assistant. This would be too big of a call to action as they would have to do this for every task they assigned.
Let me know!
