API trigger with service now ticket as input

Hi team, so far i triggered the bot as per the time trigger but there is new requirement we need to trigger the bot whenever there is new ticket in service now, i am stuck how to trigger using api trigger i tried that option but not able to figure it out.Kindly help here.
