Run bot from ServiceNow using UipathSpoke

Hi,
We have a use case where we need to run bot from ServiceNow application whenever new incident is create or updated.
I know that using UiPathSpoke you can run bot from servicenow, I am really new to this application (servicenow) and right now I am having the developer’s instance of servicenow (not enterprise one but the community free one).
So how will I download and integrate UiPathSpoke into my instance and use it or do I need enterprise or subscription to use this Spoke ?

Any suggestion will be helpful.

Spoke is a ServiceNow product, not a UiPath product. You should ask these questions in a SN forum.

Hey @Debartha_Mitra_DE

  1. You will need to install the UiPath Spoke from SNow marketplace

  2. Then configure the Orchestrator by providing the details

  3. Trigger the bot form SNow

Hope this helps.

Thanks

thanks for the reply, so basically we can trigger only an unattended bot using UiPath Spoke not the attended bot right ?

Hey @Debartha_Mitra_DE

Of course. The primary use case it to trigger bots remotely.

If you want to trigger bot in attended fashion, It’s already in your machine and you can trigger from various sources like assistant, from an external app using robot js etc.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
