Hi!
Are you using the full url to your orchestrator?
It should look something like this:
https://cloud.uipath.com/[organizationname]/[tenant]/orchestrator_/
You can simply copy the url directly from your browser when you’re logged into the relevant orchestrator.
Hi @sven.wullum1 , yes, I am using the full URL of the Orchestrator, the same format that you just posted, sorry I forgot to mention that… and it’s not working
I see.
If no one else has any advice you could raise a ticket with UiPath support here:
May be there is a. Older version og robot because if robot is 22.10+ it should not throw this error
As a first resort try to uninstall and delete all the related files and install fresh
You can download latest msi from orchetsrator downloads as well
Cheers
Hi @Frincu_Ionut,
Have you tried connecting using machine key as connection type?
Does it work?
Regards
Sonali
Based on the error which you are facing, it seems that the Orchestrator version is old (<22.4) and is not supporting Client Credentials authentication.
Reference Orchestrator - 2022.4
In this case, you are limited to Machine Key connection until you are upgrading Orchestrator.
Check under Robot Security the setting which you set for the the Unattended robot authentication
