UiPath Robot Assistant connectivity issue

Hi All,

I am facing issue with UiPath Robot assistant, its not able to connect to Orchestrator please provide for this solution and please find the error screenshot for references

What are you facing issue exactly while connecting.

In order to connect, you should either have a machine key and URL OR enable interactive login enabled from orchestrator (this will simply use your signed in account and license the assistant)

You just have to login to cloud.UiPath.com and as well as Assistant with the same credentials

Still Iam facing the same issue robot is not connecting to studio.

Hi,

Please let us know what you tried and didn’t work for you. Also you can DM me the logs from UiPath Diagnostic tool.
