The process does not start via Orchestrator

Hi,

I start the process from the orchestrator as the machine has been set successfully. However, the process does not start. The status is just pending.

Please help

Would you mind checking if “Non-Production” or “Unattended” was selected as type?

Also, I guess that there are Unattended Licenses available on your Orchestrator, correct?

Could you suggest where I can check it ? I have allocated the unattended robot to the machine.

You could try to start the job manually on Orchestrator to find it:

1- Navigate to the folder where your process is created in Orchestrator
2- Go To Automations - Jobs
3- Start manually a process (clicking on the “play” button on the right)
4- Check the value on the “Job Type” field after selecting all your process details:

Thanks for your information. I checked and found I mistype the domain/username. Therefore, the orchestrator cannot connect to the robot. Thank you very much for your help !
