Task capture Error

When launching Task Capture, community license, we get the “net :: ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED” error. The company’s security policy allows you to open access only to specific Internet addresses. We have opened access to everyone specified in the UiPath documentation. It did not help. How to fix it?

Any possibilities that proxy or firewall is blocking the connection still?

I think not, since the UiPath Studio was installed without any problems.

Task Capture requires constant network connection for Community version:

There is a permanent connection to the network, but to certain addresses. All ports listed on the UiPath website are open. Perhaps Task Capture needs access to a different address?

I double checked this. And here is what I have:
TC uses next urls for the licensing:

Please check out if these addresses are whitelisted on your network.
