Status showing as "pending" in testing from orchestrator

I tried changing environment, deleting existing tenants, created new folder and new machine but nothing didn’t worked out. I’ve been searching for days for the solution and i need help.

Hi @sonaliaggarwal47 thans again for replying I removed the Non-prod license from Machine and it had no effect on licensing. EDIT: I was able to make it work following a few steps: Delete any current machine template.
