Setting/Changing the Status of a QueueItem via API Call?

Dear RPA-Developers,

I have the following scenario:

  1. A business rule exception is thrown during process execution and the status of the queueItem is set to failed
  2. Operations make some corrections in the target application
  3. Now, a bot is being notified that the corrections have been made. The bot is supposed to retry the queueItem by setting the status of the previously “failed” item to “new” via http request.

So, I was looking through the swagger documentation, but I could not find a request that would fulfill my requirements.

Is there a way to change the status of a QueueItem from “failed” to “new” (i.e. retry the item) via API Call?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,

Robert
