When trying to send emails using the Send SMTP Mail Message Activity. I am receiving this error

Send SMTP Mail Message: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it <ip number>

If anyone can help with this error. It would be great.

I have tried to ping the IP and it is accessible.

Either way you are blocked by a firewall, or the 465 port you are using is the wrong port or your smtp address is wrong

Contact your provider or sytem admin for correct smtp settings and if you are not blocked by a firewall.

Note: don’t put ipadresses or any sensitive information on public forums.
