Hi @ISBS_ROBOT In the Port field you have entered like this port-587, in this we have to enter only the port number not the port text with number. Give like this 587. Note - The Server name has to be given with in double quotes. The Server Port number has to be given without double quotes Hope it helps!!

Connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond after a period of time

Hi, Some useful information might be found also under “Details” and “Open Logs” options on the execution error. Please share them as well. There might be multiple root causes for this error, some of them such as: Host details might be introduced incorrectly → here is a good guide on how to get the right values for Office. Port might be blocked due to firewall settings-> check if port is open.

It’s likely that SMTP is blocked from the server. Talk to your network team.
