Is there anything I need to ask my IT team to whitelist? as I am not getting any error on normal wifi.

I guess the port number you used here may be blocked in your network. Inform IT team like whitelist that port number and then it should work.
Thanks @lakshman IT team has already whitelisted the port but still, the issue seems to be the same
Are you using any proxy servers or anything like that in the company network? May be they have some rules to block some stuff from going in and out…
