Select Specific Date from DateTime Picker website

Hello All,
I have some problem when get specific date from website, so the problem is i can’t write the date in select box. i have to input the date using datetime picker :

when i press the November,2019 it will be :

my date format : MM/dd/yyyy

anyone can help me please?
