Robot unavailable robot does not exist

Hello,

I try to install robot I followed procedure on Orchestrator (machine + robot) but on the UIPath robot settings window I get the Status : robot unavailble. The tooltip is “robot does not exist”.

Thanks for the replies.
I checked user name and it’s ok.
From the robot machine :

Machine ID is also ok.

When I try to run job from orchestrator I get the error :

I checked licence on the robot with regutil.exe get-info and the licence is valid.

OK, so your robot is now connected?
For the license error can you provide more details:

1. License Type
2. Version etc

The licence code is the one for robot. I’m using version 18.3.2.
Licence status is 1.
The robot seems available from Orchestrator : status = available
