Robot not connecting to Orchestrator - Studio Version 2018.2.6

Hi,

Need you help. I am not able to connect my robot to orchestrator. Status shows disconnected always.

i was able to connect last week however i have no clue why is not connecting now.

My Uipath studio version is - 2018.2.6

Is it because of incompatibility ? could you please help.

Also, when i authenticate through setting ; it is giving “GONE” message

May I know what URL have you specified here ?

I tried with https://platform.uipath.com/
And also tried with UiPath username

Once try with this URL mentioned in the below thread and check it.

If possible update Uipath studio to latest version and then try once.
