Robot is not connected Orchestrator

Hello, I am using Community Edition (2020) of UI path. I have been trying to connect a newly created robot in orchestrator, but for some reason its not connecting.

Few answers which I got from the forum itself like - if my machine name in the orchestrator setting is same as the machine name I am using in orchestrator. Yes, its same.

If my uirobot.exe is connected, it is.

If I am surrounding my robot in an environment , I am.

please help me, I have been trying to solve this for a week now. It would be a great help!
