Robot does Not Exist/Orchestrator

Hello,
I am having issues with the program after using it for a full day. I now tells me that it cannot run any files because I do not have a robot or an orchestrator? I even tried reinstalling the program and created a new account.
I can’t think of what else I can do, and the support team refuses to help me because I am using the community version.
Any idea on what I could do?

Make sure that you need to select unattended

robot while connecting orchestrator.

With 20.3, you will have UiPath Assistant instead of Agent Desktop. Check to see what the status of the connection is. e.g. Is it Connected, Unlicensed?
