Renew Activation Error

I am currently using the Community Version of UI path and was prompted to renew my license. I went ahead and renewed it online and on the Uipath website it said to just restart the application and you should be able to activate you community version license again. I was unable to activate my device and kept receiving an error.

I am receiving the following activation error :

Activation failed with error: 0
Error description: No Error
License status: Product Inactive
Device ID:
Computer:
User Name:

Not sure if i’m missing something to activate or if theirs an issue that I need to resolve. Thanks ahead of time for the help!
