I’m having a hard time activating Studio… I can download everything fine, and when I open the software, I select “Start Free”
It then prompts me to enter my email, and it autofills in field for Device ID. However, when I click the “Activate” button, this error message pops up:
"Activation failed with error: 0
Error description: No Error
License status: Product Inactive
Device ID: hidden
Computer: hidden
User Name: hidden"
I am absolutely connected to the internet, and my firewall is down. I’ve read all the help pages, and scoured the forums and still can’t find an answer to this specific problem.
I am having the same issue. The problem happened for the first time today. Previously, I have been using the free edition without any problems. Can UIPath investigate and resolve this issue please?

Same issue exactly. I tried renewing at UiPath, and received a message that my license had been reactivated. The problem started for me at approximately 13:00 MST.
Same error(s) at 14:20 MST.
Obviously I am not alone here. Hopefully someone at UiPath will reboot the licensing server.

I just downloaded the Community Edition and am having the same endless-loop, Activation Failure…experience recounted, above. I just wanted to add a note that this must be widespread…
Looks like some issue with UIpath Licensing server. all our production robots, test robots and also Studio is not working from last 4 hours.

Hi, we have purchased the valid license and it has expire date at 23.3.2018. But now we are also getting “Product inactive” error in production machine. All robots were stopped working. Could you please help me to solve the issue.
My company has purchased the UiPath license, but suddenly today I am prompted to activate a licence, or to start a trial again. When trying to start a new trial, I was prompted the above error.
