Hi,

We developed a code which have to update names in clarity portal using chrome browser. Chrome browser is inconsistent . Finding selectors for a particular element was an issue… ui element is recognizing the entire chrome page not the particular element. kindly revert back with some suggestions. We have to do with chrome browser only.

Did you added chrome extension ? if yes, please check whether your extensions was installed properly based on your local admin rights or your comp antivirus might have disabled or not.

I have been facing the same issue. This happens randomly. Sometimes it fetches proper selectors for each element and sometimes it is unable to do so and recognizes only the whole web page. Since then i am working on Internet Explorer and till now I have not faced any similar issue.
I have installed Chrome Extension and it is enabled.
