Read date from the excel and get the value from below cell and update in another sheet

I would like to extract details from the excel for below conditions. which is attached in the excel.

Get the date wherever the value has 8 and update the dates in the present dates and present count in attendance sheet
Get the date wherever the cell has holiday & update the holiday date and holiday count
Get the date wherever the cell has leave & update the leave date and leave count
Get the total working hours by adding all 8 and update in total working hours fieldSample data sheet.xlsx (13.1 KB)
