Read and download 1 email at the time

Good afternoon!

It is possivel read and download only one email at the time?

With for each loop it downloads everything at the same time and it is causing me several issues.

Hi @Andre_Vieira

It’s hard to assess from your workflow which mail activity you’re using to retrieve email.
But all ‘Get Mail’ activities have some way of limiting the number of emails retrieved at one time.

Checkout the Top option under the Options section here:

  1. Activities - Get Outlook Mail Messages
  2. Get Exchange Mail Messages
  • Top -The number of messages to be retrieved, starting from either the newest or the oldest, depending on the OrderByDate parameter.
