i am using outlook app to download attachments for each unread email. the automation runs fine as long as there is only one mail at the additional filter. but once i add another email to process the automation run but doesn’t download any email attachment. once i remove the other mails and keep only one it works fine. how can i fix this?
In the filter select OR condition. Try and let me know if the issue persists…
In the Filter wizard there is a dropdown select the Any (OR) option.
