Get outlook mail messages activity not working properely

In My workflow I am using et outlook messages. But it is downloading same attachments(file) multiple times. How to fix this?

Hi @BNK

I think you want to download the attachments from the new mail. If it is the case then you have to change the some things in the properties panel of Get outlook mail messages activity, Check the OnlyUnreadMessages property to read only new mails that you got in mail box. Find the below image for more information.

Mark the email as Read After processing the email or you can also move the email to a Archive folder once done processing.
