Could you let us know what is the condition used in Folder Not Exists Flow Decision activity ?
As per error looks like the alret permissions are not there
Go to orchestrator → tenants → manage access → edit role to add alerts as well

Subscribing to alerts simply changes the behaviour when an alert is raised of whether or not you will be emailed about it / see it in the bell icon in the Orchestrator.
As Anil_G stated, you need to go to Manage Access and add/edit a role to allow you to create alerts. For some weird reason, by default, robots cannot create alerts, but it seems also your permissions prevent you. This is a folder level permission I believe so you must ensure that your roles on the folder allow you to create alerts.
What you are showing is different…please follow the path in orchestrator as mentioned above
You should assign the roles properly
