Process on pending status in orchestrator

Hi

Process is running when triggering from UiPath Assistant but not running also stuck in pending status when triggering from orchestrator.
How can i resolve this?

you can try this step

  1. Delete any current machine template.
  2. In my user profile (generated by Service Authentication) disable Attended and Unattended robot options.
    2.After doing that, in the user list should say:

  3. Sign out the UiPath Assisstant (it should be unlicensed by now)
  4. Back to user profile, re-enable the Attended (Citizen Developer) and Unattended options, also enabling to generate a personal workspace (this will add a machine template automatically).
  5. Sing in the UiPath Assisstant.

Hi @jai_kumar2

Do Ensure that the robot is connected and available in Orchestrator. Check the robot status and make sure it’s not in a disconnected state.

Try Republishing the Package, add the Process and retry by running it from Orchestrator

  1. Verify robot availability.
  2. Check configuration and logs.
  3. Ensure resources and connectivity.
  4. Update software versions.
  5. Restart services if needed.
  6. Contact UiPath support if issue continues.
