Orchestrator - unattended Robot on VM - Could not start executor

Hi Forum,

Since some days i face the error “Could not start executor. The user name or password is incorrect. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007052E)”. So far I understand, but the error only appears after two to three hours and fails after that forever. The only way to solve that is to Login manually into the Virtual Machine and log off after. When I leave the VM and the Robot unattended it runs in an endless Loops of Errors.

[Process runs normal without Errors}
[Robot Fails to Login]
→ Fails as Long as no human interaction on VM takes place
[After Interaction robots runs again}

Anyone faced a similar error or have an idea?

Hey,
Try reinstalling the robot.exe on the VM and see if that helps.
Also, upgrade to latest version…
