Can anyone tell what activities we can perform with orchestrator ? and is it work in free version?

You can run from Orchestrator any workflows containing any activities. But there are the ones in UiPath.Core.Activities that let you interact with Orchestrator resources (queues, assets, jobs). You can find the list in the Activities guide here:

Yes, if by this you mean the Orchestrator logs, they can be exported.

You can try all these on Orchestrator Community Edition: https://platform.uipath.com. Create a tenant, connect your Robot to it (you have 2 Free Development Robots) and start exploring.
