Orchestrator error - The user name or password is incorrect

I’m trying to automate my email and I’m getting this error on orchestrator that my username or password is incorrect. I’m using an app password for uipath and when I’m running it in studio it is working properly but the same thing when i tried to run with orchestrator, it’s throwing this error. Please help.

@Swati_Pandey You might have Changed the password of the System or haven’t provided the Credentials While Creating a Robot in Orchestrator, Hence the Error Occurs

the robot is properly connected to the system. what other credentials am i supposed to provide? I’m sorry I’m new on uipath

@Swati_Pandey Have you Provided your System User Name and Password for the Robot Created?
