Orchestrator Error, Missing Assets

I can’t get to my assets in orchestrator. From another posted question, it was suggested to use cloud.uipath.com and click on services-tenant. When I do that I get "An unexpected error occurred, then a login page link is provided.

When I click on the login link, change tenant from default to the tenant I created, then enter email and password, I get and error “The field ClientIpAddress must be a string or array…”.

Please help.

Thank you for your reply Palaniyappan. However, the password reset did not help.

For the 500 error, it’s a known problem with IPv6. Please see this for a fix: Error 500 when navigating to Orchestrator instance from your Cloud Account
