We can setup using office 365 …but i dont think shared email is possible…as it does not have credentials and uses the user credentials to login to shared mail box also…by default the from
Email is used as the user email used to configure the smtp settings…

I tried all I can but nothing was possible…
Lemme wait maybe new version may come up with the solution for this
may be by using tenant Id and Application ID for the same

This one works fine for emails with mail box
but shared email doesn’t have their own mail box
