Orchestrator connection failed

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to connect my machine to orchestrator but i’m getting this error.
I don’t get it, i did create a machine in the orchestrator and i copied the key and when i click the button connect i get an error.
Here’s a capture from my uipath robot and uipath assistant

Hello @enchirah_maatki,

The error says that you’re already connected to the Orchestrator, I would guess that you’re having issues with regards to the connection between the UiPath robot Agent and the Orchestrator. If you’re still experiencing this issue I would recommend restarting the robot service in via Task manager or Services.msc
