Connection failed with orchestrator

Hello everyone,
I’m having a problem. I used to have a process in the process list whitch i execute easily.
Today i found the list empty like it is shown in the screenshot with the error “Cnnection falied with orchestrator”
What should i do?

It turned out to be a connectivity problem in the machine where the assistant is installed.
