"Operation Timed Out" while connecting unattended robot to uipath assistant

Team,

I’m facing an error connecting the enterprise unattended license with the orchestrator. I’ve created an unattended machine on Orchestrator and using that client ID and secret, I’m trying to connect my robot but it’s showing that the connection has timed out.

I’m using my organization’s virtual server through a remote desktop connection. Previously I’ve installed community version and that moment it was connected and I was also able to run the automation through orchestrator but while connecting enterprise version it’s throwing this error.

Hi Welcome to uipath forum This issue occurs when a Robot which is not locally licensed runs a workflow for the second time, but with the connection to Orchestrator lost for more than 30 minutes. Delete the robot and Try reconnecting the robot as per this doc Try choosing unattended bot type while creating robot Cheers @aakanjain
