Started probably midnight on running robots the processes started failing due to dificulty in opening browser. by Debugging i found the Open Browser opening a secondary window that doesn’t respond and have the hour-clock cursor on it all the time and giving a whole blank screen. No idea why this is happening
Are you just using the open browser activity? can you show us the workflow?
Do you have some sort of a retry mechanism that opens a new browser since it fails the first time?

It was just simple open browser activity.
the issue is caused due to windows update, due to google chrome update and excel activities.
the bots environment is usually undisturbed by restarts or updates but in such case we had to restart the server and update both windows and chrome and that seemed to fix the issue.
