Oops! Something went wrong - Creating Account

I am receiving Oops! Something went wrong message with:

Contact Support

Please include the following information:

Error ID: 36516661-6575-44b4-93bb-5df56d0ea930Continue

The funny thing is support needs licence id however I am still on creating account process.

So I am not allowd to contact support while I need to contact support to create my account.

Anyone faced this before?

PS: I cleared the cache and changed the browser nothing changed
