Unable to create UiPath Support request


I am unable to create a support request due to some issue in the license code, but the license code is correct and it has not yet expired

If you use AutomationCloud, how about Support ID?

Thanks for your response. The support ID is correct, even then the license is not getting validated.



Step 1: Verify License Code

  • Double-check that the license code you are using is correct and hasn’t expired. Ensure there are no typos or spaces in the code.

Step 2: Contact UiPath Support

  • If the license code is correct and valid, but you still cannot create a support request

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies or try using a different web browser.
    • Disable any browser extensions that may be causing conflicts.
    • If the issue persists, contact UiPath support directly via email or phone. Provide them with your license information and details about the problem you are facing.

By following these two steps, you can either resolve the issue with your license code or contact UiPath support for further assistance.

I have tried all methods, but the issue persists.
