Non simulated clicks do not work on unattended robot

We are having issues with our processes, when running them with an unattended robot. They work fine when running with an attended robot, and us watching it run, but with the unattended and run from Orchestrator, it fails. It is like it is unable to “see” where it should click, and is having trouble finding UI Elements.

We have tested using simulated click, and this seems to work for some items, but not for hotkeys forexample. But we cannot use simulated clicks on everything, and it should be able to run without using simulated clicks, on an unattended robot, should it not?
What are we missing, since this does not work?
