No alerts in Orchestrator

Hi all,

I want to get email alerts for failed jobs, transactios and so on from the orchestrator. I use the following settings but i dont get any email. I also tested the mail settings with the button and got an email so the email setup is not the problem.
Is there any possibilty that alerts could be disabled for the tenant?
Orchestrator is version 2020.10.7

Somehow also no alerts get created in the alerts tab.
