Check if the Job Error alerts are enabled for the user.
Check if the alerts in the folder where the jobs are present were not disabled for the user accidentally by someone.
Check if in the Tenant role the Alerts Tenant permissions are provided.
Check if in the Folder role the user actually is having the Jobs and Processes View permissions.
All is good. It worked fine untill this morning. We did not change anything.

It had something to do with an internal migration of our servers (and therefore office). Nothing with UiPath.
