Need to read and mark as read from more than one Gmail inbox

We have a process that was developed in BluePrism that is now being migrated to UIPath. It read from two different Gmail inboxes and would then mark the emails that it read as ‘Read’. An OAuth Client was used for this. With the UIPath approach, GCP OAuth clients really aren’t stable for unattended processes because they have to be periodically reauthorized. We would prefer to use a GCP service account, but when a service account is used, UIPath will try to open the service account’s inbox, which is not what we want, and service accounts don’t have an inbox anyway. Has anyone encountered a need like this? How did you solve it.
